ROSE HASHIMOTO, viola
Rose Hashimoto is a native of Seattle, Washington. She began studying the viola at the age of eight. Rose graduated from Juilliard in 2008 with a Bachelor of Music degree. At Juilliard, she was a student of Toby Appel. She has spent recent summers at the International Summer Music Academy in Leipzig, Germany (2004) and at Kneisel Hall Chamber Music Festival in Blue Hill, Maine (2005-2007). Rose is currently pursuing a Masters degree at Mannes College of Music, where she studies jointly with Laurie Smukler and Hsin-Yun Huang. Drop her a line .
